Toshiba New SSM6K818R, SSM6K809R, SSM6K810R N-Channel MOSFETs for Automotive

Toshiba has launched three N-channel MOSFET products - that are suitable for lighting control switches of automotive headlamps and reverse voltage protection, and expanded the lineup. Products with three different voltages (30 V/60 V/100 V) are lined up to be able to support lighting patterns depending on the number of LEDs connected in series. Toshiba New CRG04A, CRG09A, CRG10A Rectifier Diodes

Toshiba has launched a general rectifier diode "CRG04A" that is suitable for reverse polarity and reverse current protection in automotive ECUs  ( Electronic Control Unit ). The 40 regulators in the TCR5BM series support a dropout voltage (VDO) as low as 100mV and a maximum output current of 500mA, while 40 additional devices in the TCR8BM series extend options with a 170mV VDO and 800mA output current.
