Toshiba New SSM6K818R, SSM6K809R, SSM6K810R N-Channel MOSFETs for Automotive

Toshiba has launched three N-channel MOSFET products － that are suitable for lighting control switches of automotive headlamps and reverse voltage protection, and expanded the lineup.
Products with three different voltages (30 V/60 V/100 V) are lined up to be able to support lighting patterns depending on the number of LEDs connected in series. By using the latest process, the products feature industry-leading low On-resistance, helping to reduce the power consumption of devices. SSM6K809R and SSM6K810R are high ESD immunity products.

The TSOP6F package can reduce footprint by about 70 % compared with SOP-8 package, contributing to making equipment smaller.
