AP2205 Series 200mA LDO Regulator from Diodes Inc.

The AP2205 series is a positive voltage regulator IC fabricated by high voltage EPNP process. The AP2205 has features of wide input voltage range, high accuracy, high ripple rejection, low dropout voltage, low noise, current limit and ultra-low quiescent current which make it ideal for use in various USB and portable devices. The IC consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a resistor network for setting output voltage, a current limit circuit for current protection, and a chip enable circuit, a low power shutdown mode for extended battery life, over current protection, over temperature protection, as well as reversed-battery protection. The AP2205 has 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 5.0V fixed voltage versions and adjustable voltage version. The AP2205 is available in space-saving SOT25 and SOT89 packages. AP7370 Series 300mA Fixed Voltage LDO SOT23-3 from Diodes Inc.

The AP7370 has features of wide input voltage range, high accuracy, low dropout voltage, current limit, reverse current protection, and ultra-low quiescent current which make it ideal for use in various USB and portable devices and instrument application. The AP7345D is a Dual low dropout regulator with high output voltage accuracy, low RDSON, high PSRR, low output noise and low quiescent current. This regulator is based on a CMOS process. Each of regulators includes a voltage reference, error amplifier, current limit circuit and an enable input to turn on/ off output. Toshiba New TCR8BM Series 800mA LDO Regulators

Toshiba launched two new series of small surface mount LDO regulators for application in the power supply of mobile devices, imaging and audio-visual products. The 40 regulators in the TCR5BM series support a dropout voltage (VDO) as low as 100mV and a maximum output current of 500mA, while 40 additional devices in the TCR8BM series extend options with a 170mV VDO and 800mA output current. The TCR5BM and TCR8BM series are both available with VOUT options in the range 0.8V to 3.6V. The TCR8BM series are CMOS single-output voltage regulators with an on/off control input, featuring ultra low dropout voltage, high PSRR, low inrush current and fast load transient response. These voltage regulators are available in fixed output voltages between 0.8 V and 3.6 V, and capable of driving up to 800 mA.
