SST26VF064BEUI Flash Memory 64 Mbit Serial Quad I/O (SQI) from Microchip

The Serial Quad I/O™ (SQI™) family of flash-memory devices features a six-wire, 4-bit I/O interface that allows for low-power, high-performance operation in a low pin-count package. SST26VF032BEUI also support full command-set compatibility to traditional Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) protocol. System designs using SQI flash devices occupy less board space and ultimately lower system costs.

Microchip New SAMV71Q21RT, SAMRH71 Radiation-Tolerant and Radiation-Hardened Arm® MCU

Microchip introduced the space industry’s first Arm®-based microcontrollers (MCUs) that combine the low-cost and large ecosystem benefits of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) technology with space-qualified versions that have scalable levels of radiation performance. Based on the automotive-qualified SAMV71, the SAMV71Q21RT radiation-tolerant and SAMRH71 radiation-hardened MCUs implement the widely deployed Arm® Cortex®-M7 System on Chip (SoC), enabling more integration, cost reduction and higher performance in space systems. SAMV71Q21RT is the radiation tolerant version of the popular Microchip SAMV71Q21. This space-qualified version of the product adds:  Ceramic & hermetic package, extended temperature range -40C to 125C, extended qualification flow according to QML-V or QML-Q space grade flow.  Radiation performance for the SAMV71Q21RT:  SEL LET > 60 MeV.cm2/mg (at 125C), and TID up to 20 Krad (Si). SAMRH71 is the Radiation-Hardened-By-Design (RHBD) version of...
