Diodes New PI3EQX16904GLZHEX 4 Channel PCIe 4.0 ReDriver with Linear Equalization TQFN-42

Diodes’ PI3EQX16904GL is a multi-data rate, 4 differential channels ReDriver™. The device provides programmable linear equalization, output swing and flat gain, by either pin strapping option or I2C Control, to optimize performance over a variety of physical mediums by reducing Inter-symbol interference.
PI3EQX16904GL supports four 100-Ohm Differential CML data I/O’s and extends the signals across other distant data pathways on the user’s platform.
The integrated equalization circuitry provides flexibility with signal integrity of the signal before the ReDriver, whereas the integrated linear amplifier/buffer circuitry provides flexibility with signal integrity of the signal after the ReDriver.
2.5 to 16Gbps, 4-Channel Linear Equalizer
Supply Voltage 3.3V
3-bit selectable address bit for I2C
42-contact TQFN (9mm x3.5mm) package

IDT New SPD Hub IC for DDR5 Server Memory Modules

IDT introduced the industry’s first integrated Serial Presence Detect (SPD), temperature sensor and control plane hub component (referred to as “SPD Hub”) developed for DDR5-based Dual In-Line Memory Modules (DIMM). The IDT® SPD Hub is designed to provide a space and power efficient solution that enables control plane operation at significantly higher speeds than previous system management buses with enhanced reliability. DDR5 memory is projected to double the bandwidth of DDR4, and as with previous generations of DDR memory, IDT’s devices are leading the market in performance and reliability. IDT’s DDR5 PMIC enables the next generation of server DIMM solutions to efficiently scale to greater performance, density and reliability while reducing overall system power. IDT’s SPD Hub significantly increases the system management bus performance by eliminating the bottlenecks of traditional system management buses. The DDR5 RCD, PMIC, SPD Hub and TS  devices are used in RDIMM, L...
