Microchip New SAMV71Q21RT, SAMRH71 Radiation-Tolerant and Radiation-Hardened Arm® MCU

Microchip introduced the space industry’s first Arm®-based microcontrollers (MCUs) that combine the low-cost and large ecosystem benefits of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) technology with space-qualified versions that have scalable levels of radiation performance. Based on the automotive-qualified SAMV71, the SAMV71Q21RT radiation-tolerant and SAMRH71 radiation-hardened MCUs implement the widely deployed Arm® Cortex®-M7 System on Chip (SoC), enabling more integration, cost reduction and higher performance in space systems. SAMV71Q21RT is the radiation tolerant version of the popular Microchip SAMV71Q21. This space-qualified version of the product adds:  Ceramic & hermetic package, extended temperature range -40C to 125C, extended qualification flow according to QML-V or QML-Q space grade flow.  Radiation performance for the SAMV71Q21RT:  SEL LET > 60 MeV.cm2/mg (at 125C), and TID up to 20 Krad (Si). SAMRH71 is the Radiation-Hardened-By-Design (RHBD) version of the popular M

Arduino ASX00003 MKR Motor Carrier Board

The MKR Motor Carrier is an MKR add-on board designed to control servo, DC, and stepper motors. The Carrier can also be used to connect other actuators and sensors via a series of 3-pin male headers. for more details please click this link   https://store.arduino.cc/usa/mkr-motor-carrier ASX00003 MKR Motor Carrier The summary of features is shown below: 1.       Compatible with all the boards in the MKR family 2.       Four servo motor outputs 3.       Four DC motor outputs (two high performance + two standard performance) 4.       Sensing of current feedback for the high-performance motors 5.       Two inputs for encoder sensors 6.       Four inputs for analog sensors (3-pin compatible) 7.       Possibility to read the status of the batteries 8.       ON-OFF switch with Power ON LED 9.       LiPo battery connector (2S or 3S compatible) and power terminal block for alternative power source 10.    LEDs to visually indicate the direction of the rotation of t

TI New XTLV61048DBVR 15V Boost DC-DC Converter, Non-synchronous

The TLV61048 is a non-synchronous boost converter that provides a power-supply solution for products powered by a low-voltage supercapacitor and a single-cell Li-ion battery. The TLV61048 integrates a power switch with 4.7-A typical current limit to extend the discharge capability of the input source without sacrificing maximal load delivery. TLV61048 also allows the use of smaller, wide-range external inductor and output capacitor to ease design efforts. The TLV61048 operates with a selectable switching frequency of 600 kHz or 1 MHz by configuring the FREQ pin. At the light load, the device enters into the PFM operation to achieve higher efficiency. The TLV61048 has built-in 2-ms soft start to minimize the inrush current. Input voltage 2.61 V to 5.5V  Output voltage up to 15V  4.7-A (Typical) switch current limit  SOT-23 package Source :  http://www.ti.com/product/TLV61048 Datasheet: http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tlv61048.pdf
